Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver memorable customer experiences
  • Oversee inventory control, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance
  • Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation
  • Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry
  • Cannabis knowledge and experience preferred
  • Inventory control experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
