About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Sloan, a leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing systems. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our product lines, including IoT, PWT, and parts for the commercial restroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Planning and Marketing: Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for our product lines, including new product development opportunities and product enhancement recommendations.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer for our product category, ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Financial Management: Complete responsibility for the P&L of two or more product categories, establishing pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Forecasting and KPIs: Establish product forecasts and relevant KPIs for existing and new product introductions, ensuring stakeholder and leadership buy-in.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Develop and implement marketing programs, promotions, sales support, and communication materials aligned with our company's brand and positioning strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a direct report Product Line Manager to take on P&L responsibility for a product category and develop as a potential successor for the role.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with a preference for managing technology products.
  • Travel: Ability to travel a minimum of 6 trips per year.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including persuasion and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
