As a Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with the Pathologist in the preparation of surgical examinations. You will consistently obtain and submit specimens for analytical procedures and obtain relevant clinical information and studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surgical examinations and specimens for analytical procedures
  • Obtain relevant clinical information and studies
  • Work closely with the Pathologist in a dynamic healthcare environment

Requirements:

  • Current license in the relevant state
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
