Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Mount Carmel Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and perform basic medical procedures under supervision.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
