About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience in intensive care, critical care, emergency room, or medical surgical settings is highly desirable.
