Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the Bosch team, the Quality Assurance Team Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained. This role is essential in shaping beneficial technologies that enhance quality of life globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the QA team in their daily tasks, facilitating start-up meetings and maintaining quality boards that track KPIs, safety, and quality updates.
  • Assign and prioritize tasks for QA auditors to optimize customer satisfaction, serving as the primary contact for the team.
  • Engage in daily operations meetings focused on quality, contributing to problem-solving initiatives and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Train and communicate new processes or changes to all personnel, providing coaching to enhance the inspection process.
  • Conduct daily audits, ensuring all QA audits are completed, documented, and submitted accurately.
  • Create and update workplace instructions (WPIs) as necessary, reviewing and approving new QA processes and product changes.
  • Monitor adherence to QA processes and WPIs, conducting audits to confirm compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation of parts in the WMS system, ensuring accurate master data entry.
  • Resolve system and process-related issues, facilitating communication to ensure efficient product movement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to expedite priorities and support operations by clarifying quality requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience with Bosch Production System (BPS).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Understanding of quality processes, product specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Previous leadership experience with strong communication skills.
