Dentist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team at the Ultimate Dental Group in Richmond. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, collaborating with colleagues, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and create personalized treatment plans
  • Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft digital dental software

Requirements and Expectations:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Current licensure as a dentist in Virginia
  • DEA registration and experience with Eaglesoft dental software are preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes malpractice insurance, continuing education opportunities, and more.
