Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, tests, and repairs on all packaging and manufacturing equipment using Fiix.
- Conduct time and condition-based preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of all greenhouse systems.
- Assist senior technicians with repair and troubleshooting of automated equipment and building systems.
- Assist with daily rounds and equipment monitoring throughout the facility.
- Operate heavy equipment safely, adhering to all OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate with equipment manufacturers and vendors.
- Wear necessary PPE to perform all tasks and protect product.
- Assist with cleaning up after repairs.
- Train on new maintenance overtime to advance to the next level.
- Able to stand, squat, or kneel for extended periods of time.
- Repetitive arm, shoulder, and hand movement throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, parts diagrams, and engineering drawings.
