Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, tests, and repairs on all packaging and manufacturing equipment using Fiix.
  • Conduct time and condition-based preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of all greenhouse systems.
  • Assist senior technicians with repair and troubleshooting of automated equipment and building systems.
  • Assist with daily rounds and equipment monitoring throughout the facility.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely, adhering to all OSHA guidelines.
  • Communicate with equipment manufacturers and vendors.
  • Wear necessary PPE to perform all tasks and protect product.
  • Assist with cleaning up after repairs.
  • Train on new maintenance overtime to advance to the next level.
Requirements:
  • Able to stand, squat, or kneel for extended periods of time.
  • Repetitive arm, shoulder, and hand movement throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, parts diagrams, and engineering drawings.
