Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to fulfill various duties as needed.
  • Deliver food to tables accurately, ensuring that each dish is served to the correct guest.
  • Clear tables and serve from the left while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Address guest requests for condiments, drink refills, and other items promptly.
  • Prepare to-go orders accurately and notify the appropriate staff when ready.
  • Assist servers during downtime by refilling drinks and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Keep the service area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu to answer guest inquiries effectively.
