Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity at Soliant Health

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district near Issaquah, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K-5
  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Track student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective therapy delivery
  • Maintain accurate therapy session records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Washington state license
  • Active Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
