Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement methods and techniques that enhance machining efficiency, accuracy, and overall process improvement.
  • Make informed decisions regarding the selection and application of new machine tools tailored to specific job requirements while staying updated on advancements in machining technology.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior machinists and technicians.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through effective Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies.
  • Set up, program, and operate machines with up to five axes of numerical control, ensuring precision and quality in all outputs.
  • Independently assess and determine the necessary equipment and procedural strategies to achieve optimal work efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Compensation Range: $37.84 - $44.14
