Restoration Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team at ServiceMaster DSI. As a key member of our disaster restoration team, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.

• Direct and supervise a team of restoration technicians and laborers to ensure the timely and quality completion of restoration projects.
• Ensure all required restoration project documentation, including forms and photo-documentation, is completed in accordance with established protocols.
• Develop and implement effective restoration strategies to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide excellent customer communication and relations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restoration or related field, with a focus on fire and water damage restoration.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving project goals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
