Job Overview

Oversee the daily functions essential for maintaining reliability and consistency on the production line, ensuring that Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives are met for the T700 and CT7 Engine Programs. Your work will significantly impact both your own output and that of your team. Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management
  • Supervise and manage front-line manufacturing personnel involved in T700/CT7 assembly, primarily overseeing hourly employees.
  • Enhance your understanding of your technical discipline to effectively implement policies and strategies. This may involve support roles that require specialized technical knowledge while still developing higher-level skills.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers and utilize this knowledge to complete your tasks. Recognize how your team's work integrates with other departments and contributes to overall objectives.
  • Exercise some autonomy in decision-making within a defined framework. Address issues that necessitate sound technical knowledge and judgment according to established procedures, seeking guidance from senior team members for matters outside your defined parameters.
  • This position demands strong interpersonal skills and may involve leading a junior team. For roles that interact with customers, you will cultivate strong relationships and act as the liaison between the customer and the organization, effectively communicating technical information.
Qualifications Required
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Supervision.
