Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at HomeRiver Group. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing a portfolio of residential properties. This is a hybrid/WFH position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property management functions for residential properties, including handling tenant and owner requests.
  • Oversee property maintenance teams and understand basic property maintenance issues related to building, parking lot, and landscaping.
  • Manage basic property accounting needs, including rent collection and invoicing.
  • Utilize property management software and have advanced experience with MS Office applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of property management experience.
  • At least 1-year experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, transaction diligence services, corporate development, venture capital, or similar environment.
  • Experience training and assisting teammates with day-to-day operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management.
