Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Manage and coordinate nursing unit operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
- Graduate or higher level degree in professional nursing from an accredited educational program.
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
- At least one year of professional nursing experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide nursing staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Certification in a specialty area of nursing, such as critical care or pediatrics.
