- Carry out tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required and provide time estimates for further repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Preferred experience of 2+ years as a Honda Service Technician
- B level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical Systems, and Engine Repair
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in computer operations
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications
- Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks
