Job Overview

The Entry-Level Nursing Professional will work closely with our experienced clinical managers and nurses to provide compassionate and individualized care to patients in their homes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for new graduates or entry-level nurses to gain valuable experience and build their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the ONLY paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). This program provides comprehensive training and support to help new nurses transition into practice and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with BAYADA's standards and policies
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current valid nursing license in the United States
  • Graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • CPR certification in good standing
