Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Toyota-Denso Automotive Compressor Georgia, Inc. (TACG). As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions
  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
  • Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disputes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-CPS, or PHR certification preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
