Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation/Therapy and the therapy team to deliver expert wellness, fitness, and exercise programs.
- Receive comprehensive restorative training on-site; prior restorative experience is not required (CNA Certification is mandatory).
- Assist in the restorative care of patients as directed.
- Focus on exclusive restorative duties, including ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, active/passive range of motion, and personal care tasks, minimizing less desirable CNA responsibilities.
