About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator to join our team at HireCall. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC brake press machines to bend and form sheet metal components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC brake press machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components.
  • Quality Control: Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues as they arise, and report any major issues to the supervisor.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and production deadlines are met.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Brake Press Operator is required.
