CNC Machinist - Metal Fabrication Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist - Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Stand-By Personnel in Catoosa, Oklahoma. As a CNC Machinist - Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating numerical control machines to perform various functions such as cutting, drilling, milling, and more on metallic and non-metallic workpieces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mounting and aligning tooling using an overhead crane and assembling cutting tools and loading control media.
  • Calculating and setting machine controls, manipulating controls to start the machine, and monitoring displays for malfunctions.
  • Adjusting machine settings, changing cutters, measuring workpieces for conformance to specifications, and manually operating the machine if necessary.
  • Notifying the supervisor of discrepancies, resolving control media errors, maintaining production records, cleaning the machine and parts, and performing some machine maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with team members.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred along with a minimum of two years of related experience or training.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
