Ladgov Corporation is seeking a skilled On-site Supervisor to join their team at the Air National Guard in Boise, ID. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong ability to lead and motivate a team of 8 personnel.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Recruit, select, orient, and train new employees to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Prior military experience or knowledge preferred.
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
