Job Title: Electrical Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed master electrician with electrical infrastructure estimating experience to join our team as a manager and leader.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement a business plan to build out the electrical construction division via proposal development, contract awards, targeted annual revenue growth, and strategic hiring of key personnel.
  • Lead project estimating, preconstruction, and project management activities related to electrical construction projects.
  • Respond to project-related assignments addressing construction, maintenance, repair, and inspection needs of electrical systems per owner contract.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct special services such as troubleshooting electrical issues, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and performing corrective actions.
  • Perform all required electrical testing in accordance with applicable codes and certification processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all electrical work performed.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the owner, other general or subcontractor staff to ensure seamless coordination of electrical construction and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
  • Master Electrician license (or equivalent in your jurisdiction).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or institutional electrical construction and maintenance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating electrical construction projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams of electricians.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Experience with large industrial and commercial electrical construction and maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
  • Experience with Hydroelectric, Solar, and EV charging stations highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in building, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
  • Must value safety as a core competency and first priority at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
