Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Aesthetic Strategy to join our team at Gabriella White. As a leader in luxury furniture and accessories, we strive to create timeless and elegant products that exceed customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a long-term product development strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to identify assortment gaps and opportunities for new product introductions.
  • Arbitrate taste by partnering with marketing to formalize our brand voice and guidelines.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in design, product development, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in furniture design, with 5+ years leading and managing a team.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and brand building.
