Job Summary

The Host will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Seating: Greet guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Table Management: Manage table assignments, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner and that tables are turned over efficiently.
  • Drink Service: Carry drinks to guests' tables and transfer tabs as needed.
  • Host Stand Organization: Maintain a well-organized host stand, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proof of Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of one year of related experience is required.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Opentable, proper lifting techniques, guest relations, sanitation and safety, and safe alcohol service are essential.
Working Conditions

The Host will work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, exposed to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke. The ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Physical Requirements

The Host must be able to walk long periods, stand for long periods, and use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The ability to push and lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
