Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a highly skilled Health Fitness Specialist to lead our corporate fitness initiatives. As our ideal candidate, you will:

  • Design and implement fitness programs for diverse populations, including high-risk clientele.
  • Provide one-on-one consulting, training, and motivation to help employees achieve their healthy living goals.
  • Supervise and monitor exercise participants, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.
  • Instruct group exercise classes, promoting a fun and engaging experience for all participants.
  • Perform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions, and design workout programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement incentive, health promotion, and specialty programs.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with facility operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our corporate fitness initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must hold a current CPR/AED/First Aid certificate.
  • Should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field, or be certified through a nationally accredited industry association.
  • Should have experience teaching group exercise classes and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Exos offers a competitive compensation package, including hourly rates ranging from $15.00 to $25.00, dependent on factors such as site location, specialty, certifications, and work experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off, as well as part-time benefits for eligible employees.
