Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist

Compensation: $69,000 - $120,000 per year
About the Role:
Care for patients and families with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills. Work collaboratively with physicians and advanced practice practitioners to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
Licensure/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required; Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
Experience: One year of RN experience preferred
