Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cage Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our casino cage. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will serve as acting Cage Manager when the Manager is not on property, with full supervisor authority over staff on duty.
  • They will be responsible for training and developing employees to their fullest potential, protecting company assets by reviewing cashiers' transactions for accuracy, and investigating variances and reporting inaccuracies to the Cage Manager.
  • Additional duties include performing disciplinary actions when necessary, generating employee evaluations in a timely manner, ensuring staff is aware of all new procedures and policies, and checking Title 31 and SARC documentation for compliance.
About You
  • You will have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience in high-volume cage cashiering, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift, work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels, and be available to work overtime on a shift in the instance of call-ins or short staff.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
