Role Overview:

Oversee and manage Technology Risk by delivering comprehensive governance and oversight for technology risk management initiatives across the organization. Assist in executing various risk frameworks by monitoring and reporting on risk activities and compliance, focusing on identifying, assessing, and communicating risk-related matters. Foster productive relationships with technology, risk, and operational teams, equipping them with tools and frameworks to enhance their maturity. Proactively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues as part of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality assurance and provide constructive feedback on risk reporting, including KRIs, incident reports, and executive summaries.
  • Identify critical risks and mitigating strategies related to technology risk, encompassing Change Management, Architecture, SDLC, service continuity, cloud services, asset inventory, and incident management.
  • Contribute to the innovation, design, implementation, and advancement of an enterprise technology risk management and governance framework.
  • Provide oversight and constructive challenge regarding policies, standards, risks, controls, processes, and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across all three lines of defense in Technology Risk management activities.
Essential Qualifications:

Fundamentals:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or a related field in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, ITIL, or similar are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary that typically ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a comprehensive total compensation strategy. Various factors, including geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level, may influence the compensation for this role.
