Experience Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years in water extraction, drying, fire and mold remediation, and related fields.


Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to emergency service requests and evaluating the situation for immediate intervention.
  • Understanding and executing work assignments to meet client expectations.
  • Safely transporting and setting up necessary drying equipment for emergency tasks.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in optimal condition and reporting any malfunctions.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates and clarifications throughout the service process.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Conducting mitigation services for water and fire damage, following IICRC standards.
  • Documenting completed work, including before-and-after photos, and maintaining precise records.
  • Keeping a daily log of temperature and humidity readings related to the work performed.
  • Managing a small team of workers when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Experience in water mitigation, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation.
  • Certifications such as WRT, FRT, ORT, and/or AMRT, with ICRA certification being advantageous.
  • Skills in drywall demolition, repair, and painting.
  • General carpentry repair experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret project sketches.
  • Proficiency in measuring and calculating material sizes and quantities.
  • Understanding of moisture mapping.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
