We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our production team as a 3rd Shift Packaging Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Supervisor and Sr. Lead Operator in achieving scheduled packaging volumes and goals.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position working on the 3rd shift (overnight hours).
  • You will work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Assist the Team Supervisor and Sr. Lead Operator in achieving scheduled packaging volumes and goals.
  • Ensure adherence to plant SOPs, GMPs, and safety requirements while maintaining high product quality.
  • Perform changeover and cleaning procedures on all packaging equipment.
