Registered Nurse RN Outpatient Surgery Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in Outpatient Surgery at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient conditions and report significant findings to physicians, ensuring timely and effective medical interventions.
- Assess patient psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population-specific, and diversity needs, providing individualized care and education.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, integrating direct and indirect care activities related to diagnosis and co-morbidities.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans for assigned patients, setting goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient needs.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- BLS required.
- PALS required within six (6) months of employment.
- ACLS required prior to working in Endoscopy.
- Previous OR experience preferred.
