POSITION OVERVIEW:

The SEO Supervisor is tasked with managing the daily activities of junior team members while developing initial analytical reports and presenting outcomes for internal evaluation, making necessary adjustments to strategies as needed. This role is crucial in achieving client performance indicators and enhancing overall digital marketing effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting
Evaluates website performance metrics to generate insights and suggests enhancements that align with site objectives.

Technical and Content Review
Conducts audits and quality assurance checks on all technical and content modifications proposed by junior staff to ensure adherence to best practices and relevance to project goals.

Project Management
Directly supervises junior team members in their daily assignments to guarantee that project deadlines are met accurately and promptly.

DUTIES AND TASKS:

Manages the daily operations of SEO initiatives, guiding junior team members in their tasks to foster their growth and development. Provides expert recommendations on content and technical SEO strategies. Develops initial analytical reports and shares findings internally for review, taking necessary actions to refine strategies. Collaborates with senior team members to formulate strategies for web projects and outlines SEO milestones based on specific website enhancement goals and content revisions. Maintains relationships with daily network partners (IP, copy, and development) to encourage close cooperation on website modifications. Assists in defining strategy and objectives alongside SEO leads and proposes tactics to achieve desired outcomes. Works with senior staff to effectively train junior members on best practices, processes, and operational methods. Reviews project briefs and formulates an SEO strategy to support project objectives. Suggests process enhancements to boost efficiency and proposes solutions for task automation.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including advanced functions such as charts, graphs, pivot tables, and VLookUp.


• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and various third-party SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.).


• Knowledgeable in SEO best practices and both content and technical optimization strategies.


• Capable of sourcing, organizing, and evaluating healthcare industry news publications, including healthcare advertising best practices and regulations.


• Understands the impact of content and technical SEO strategies on website performance.


• Willing and able to delve into client web analytics to extract performance insights.


• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work in a timely manner.


• Possesses active listening skills to apply learnings over time.


• Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, including content optimization, technical SEO, offsite SEO, and troubleshooting HTML issues.


• Proficient in navigating key search-related tools (SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.).


• Able to articulate the significance of SEO and SEM integration and understand basic SEM strategies and their effects on organic performance.

Compensation

$81,000 to $120,000 annually
