Preparing and estimating budgetary costs for construction by analyzing plans and specifications.

Addressing cost discrepancies through thorough analysis and information gathering.
Drafting and presenting budgets, reports, and project outlines.
Developing bids for construction initiatives.

Managing documentation and traveling to job sites as necessary.
