  • Perform all required assembly operations in the line rotation at line speed while producing high-quality parts that meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Perform all required repairs to components and seats.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with plant standards, employee handbook, and company policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following all operating instructions and company standards.
  • Recognize and rectify unsafe working conditions and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
  • Perform inspection and repair as required to ensure all production meets customer standards.
  • Participate in special projects to support business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to perform all assembly operations in the line rotation at line speed while upholding quality standards.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
