We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Associate to provide outstanding service to our visitors at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. In this role, you will greet guests, manage their reservations, issue room keys, and respond to inquiries to ensure a pleasant stay.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming calls and assist guests with their inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that guest rooms are prepared and ready for check-in.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and perform bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Check guests in and out, providing room keys and managing payment information.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems is advantageous.
