**Job Summary:**

At Element Science Inc, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving production goals while adhering to our Quality System requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform assembly operations to meet build plans and specifications.
  • Adhere to all manufacturing procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and GMP guidelines.
  • Identify and obtain necessary materials, tools, and aids to support production.
  • Assist with the transfer of new products or design changes to ensure seamless production.
  • Accurately complete all necessary manufacturing documentation, including lot history records (LHRs) and final release documents (FRMs).
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to drive process improvements and changes.
  • May assist manufacturing engineers with projects and initiatives.
  • Adhere to our company's Quality System and follow GMP guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Work with minimal guidance and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Perform training and development activities as needed.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Maintain corporate confidentiality at all times.
  • Understand and adhere to job-specific quality system procedures and processes as defined in the Training Matrix.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5+ years of previous medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Flexible to modify working hours to meet specific commitments.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Willingness to work in a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Good command and working knowledge of spoken and written English.
