Curative is seeking a skilled Family Practice physician to provide locum tenens coverage at one of our coastal California healthcare facilities. As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient community health center setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide traditional outpatient primary care, including acute care for coughs, colds, bumps, and bruises, as well as physicals and chronic care management for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
- Manage a caseload of patients, including all ages, with a preference for cradle-to-grave care.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of medical assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- Current licensure in the state of California.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
