We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Primary Therapist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a key member of our outpatient mental health team, you will provide culturally informed services to clients, evaluating their social, emotional, and interpersonal needs through psychosocial assessments.
Responsibilities:- Deliver clinical services such as individual, group, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services, and consultation.
- Develop comprehensive histories on patients, including psychosocial development, current functioning, presenting problems, and treatment history.
- Develop written, comprehensive psychosocial assessments based on patient history and presenting problems.
- Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of initial interdisciplinary treatment plans.
- Masters degree in Social Work.
- Must have experience working with adults in an outpatient setting.
- Current NJ LSW or LCSW license.
Per Diem / Flex Schedule. Coverage needed for weekday coverage ONLY. Hours vary between 9:00am - 5:00 pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm. No Weekend Hours.
