About the Role

The Merchandising Supervisor will lead a team responsible for the efficient merchandising of company products while meeting company distribution objectives. This role will onboard new teammates, respond to customer issues, and foster a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Supervise daily sales and merchandising activities to ensure optimal results.
  • Schedule team members to meet the demands of the business, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Visit accounts to monitor adherence to merchandising standards and provide feedback.
  • Manage labor and operational expenses within budget, driving efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in consumer products, with a focus on merchandising and sales.
  • Proven experience managing people and budgets, with a track record of success.
  • Prior experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
  • Strong computer and database application skills, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to operate manual and powered pallet jacks, and lift product as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
