Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As an RBT, you will work closely with students in a K-12 setting, providing behavioral support and assistance to ensure a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral support and assistance to students in a K-12 setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Document student progress and behavior data
Requirements
  • Current RBT certification
  • Compliance with school, state, and federal regulations
  • Background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening required
