ROLE SUMMARY

As a Bartender, your responsibilities extend beyond simply preparing drinks. We aim to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. Our bartenders are well-versed in the fundamentals but are always on the lookout for emerging trends, local offerings, and the evolving preferences of our clientele. They serve not only as beverage connoisseurs but also as the welcoming face of our establishment.

The role encompasses a broader commitment to guest service, ensuring that every aspect of the bar is managed with precision and care. Bartenders will leverage their skills and knowledge to maintain an impeccable bar environment while fostering relationships with colleagues and the local community to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.

Attention to detail is paramount, from managing financial transactions to providing accurate information to guests and ensuring the quality of beverages served.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a related field.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

Licenses or Certifications: None required.

The pay structure for this position includes $11.40 per hour plus gratuities, along with health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and various wellness benefits. Eligibility for these benefits may be subject to certain conditions.
