Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide comprehensive patient care and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Pharmacy license
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience
