Future Builders Internship

Lennar Homes is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) Program. This 1-year program is designed to provide recent college graduates with hands-on experience in technology and business operations, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities- Conduct business needs analysis and provide practical solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and customers.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
- Research potential business opportunities and/or changes to meet business goals within budget.
- Write project and system requirement specifications using clear and concise language.
- Participate in new technology upgrades and testing of system enhancements.
- Assist in developing process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025.
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience in project planning and management.
- Experience compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficiencies.
- Experience in financial reporting.
- Experience connecting data or software through APIs.
- Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindset.
- Interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes.
- Ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing priorities.
- Ability to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications.
- Ability to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumers.
- Completion of Lennar Technology Internship or other relevant technology internship with strong performance (preferred).

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
