  • Identify and evaluate financial risks, encompassing market, credit, and operational risks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the financial integrity of the organization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Provide clients with regular performance updates and optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and strategic advice to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Facilitate discussions on financial matters and offer expert guidance on intricate financial issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance consulting, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance principles, including financial analysis, capital management, and investment advisory. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present complex financial data and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret financial information, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing intricate financial projects, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering results within set timelines.
  • Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
