About Troon Golf

Troon Golf is a leading golf management company that operates some of the world's most prestigious golf courses. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our members and guests, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Staff member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
  • Cleanliness and Appearance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas of the facility, including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
  • Supply Management: Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance.

Other Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
  • Attendance and Reliability: Regular and reliable attendance.
