**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Claims Specialist to join our team at University Health. As a key member of our claims processing team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems related to claim payments, eligibility, and other insurance issues.

The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in HMO/PPO claims and a strong understanding of Amisys claims processing system. Knowledge of all benefit programs offered by University Health, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, ASO is required.

In this role, you will work closely with our configuration team to test contracts used in business operations and reporting, ensuring auto adjudication. You will also promote harmonious relationships within your department, with other departments, and within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex problems related to claim payments, eligibility, and other insurance issues
  • Act as a consultant to claims staff on complex claim issue resolutions
  • Work cooperatively with configuration team to test contracts used in business operations and reporting
  • Promote harmonious relationships within your department, with other departments, and within the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in HMO/PPO claims
  • Strong understanding of Amisys claims processing system
  • Knowledge of all benefit programs offered by University Health, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, ASO

Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year
