Role Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Aircraft Quality Control Inspector to fulfill the production demands of our partner.

The Aircraft Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all inspections and maintenance activities are performed with the utmost quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an RII Inspector for an air carrier on customer aircraft, contingent upon approval.
  • Participate in training sessions as directed by management.
  • Function as a receiving inspector for parts as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Uphold the company's values, vision, and mission.
  • Certify aircraft for return to service.
  • Take direct responsibility for conducting inspections and reviewing technical records on assigned customer aircraft.
  • Certify repaired components using the FAA Form and Form 417 Component Tracking Tag as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (A&P) is required.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of aircraft systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in the relevant field.
  • Experience with Bombardier CRJ 200/700/900 and Embraer EMB 135/145 is preferred.
