Expanding Access to Mental Healthcare

We are prioritizing hiring skilled clinicians, counselors, mental health professionals, psychologists, and therapists in key locations, including California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington state, and Wisconsin.

About the Role

As a Lyra Care Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions, maintaining a diverse caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients/week (30 potential bookable calendar spots).

You will assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learnings and monitor outcomes between sessions, ensuring your clients receive comprehensive support.

You will enjoy connecting with your peers, sharing knowledge and best practices, through one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings, peer-based quality assurance reviews, and robust training sessions to enhance your clinical skills.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)">
  • An unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action">
  • Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)">
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed">
  • Experience providing video therapy">
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week">
  • Full-time resident of the United States">
