Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist II to join our Electrophysiology (EP) business. As a Clinical Specialist II, you will provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff. You will work under general direction, exercising independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on EP products and technologies.
- Develop and lead training programs for healthcare professionals and sales staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to management on customer feedback and product development.
- Support sales efforts by providing product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related field.
- Ability to become certified on EP products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
